stamp project

Here is some progress work on the project.

still have a lot to do, and a long paper to write for monday, so saturday nights are nil.

I should probably stop procrastinating and actually start doing that paper!

Also, look at this little guy i got!

I couldn't help it, I just love drawing skulls. now i have my very own. maybe one day, I'll actually find time to draw him in my sketchbook!

fish stamps

So, im sitting here next to the laser cutting which is finally cutting my stamps! yay!

for 2D, we have to make these stamps and then using them make a larger image, which i am not sure what of yet.

here is what they looked like in the computer! yay pictures! hopefully they will turn out good as stamps!

So, its funny. So I live in Pittsburgh but I didn't find out that they were in the superbowl until about a week ago when my mom in atlanta asked me if I was going to watch it! oops!

2D drawing assignment

so this is basically the finished drawing, I cheated and cropped it because I did not like the left hand corner. It is conte crayon and charcoal on a painted background. He's pretty large two, the original piece of matte board was 30" by 42", I think? Next assignment for 2D is to make a rubber stamp and use that to make a larger image of something else-I have no idea what I want to do.
